Hi there!

I am so excited to meet you! I love working with people with neurological disorders, chronic pain conditions, and dysautonomia. My passion is to coach clients through their goals to have a meaningful improvement in their function while of course having an awesome and fun time. I graduated out of UC Davis with a Biological Science degree and at USC with my Doctorate of Physical Therapy where I earned the Order of the Golden Cane, the highest honor in the division.

When I’m not at re+active, I like to surf, read, and play board games with friends!

Hey! I’m Carter!

I work with an amazing team who are as dedicated and passionate as me when it comes to serving people! Though I don’t physically administer therapy, I work behind the scenes to ensure that memorable connection, positive experiences, and life-changing progress is achieved! I use my Southern Belle charm and my Colgate smile to brighten someone’s day!

I got my bachelor’s degree in English with an honor in History. I furthered my education and obtained my Masters in English with a specialization in Gothic Studies. When I am not working in the office and dealing with precious paperwork, you can find me writing my historical romance novel, cosplaying for various anime and Harry Potter conventions, spending time with my fur babies Xena and Aries or traveling the world living a thousand lives. I am so excited to be a part of the re+active team and can’t wait to meet you!

I am Natalie Thomas, a small town Texas girl in the big city.

As a physical therapist at re+active, I work with and serve people with all types of neurologic diagnoses who are ready for a full brain and body work out. I love giving my patients the tools they need to thrive and improve their quality of life, while mixing in some fun and sprinkling in a little laughter. I graduated with a Doctorate of Physical therapy from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and completed the USC/Rancho Los Amigos Neuro Residency. I have also received the distinction of being a Neurologic Clinical Specialist from the American Board of Physical Therapists and Certified Brain Injury Specialist from the Brain Injury Association of America. I am PWR certified for Parkinsons and have a passion for educating people.

When I am not working as a physical therapist, I love spending time in the outdoors, hiking, running and hanging out at the beach. I enjoy traveling and have been to over 18 countries.
